What Is DTF Film?

DTF stands for Direct Transfer Film, which is a PET transfer film that is coated with special coatings. This technique involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring it to a T-shirt made of cotton, polyester, or their blends, regardless of their colour, as it can work with white ink.

After printed, the clothing products are washable, has high color fastness, and is breathable and comfortable. Especially in the hot summer, it is very suitable.

Where Is DTF Film Used?

The application scope of DTF film is fabric products, such as clothes, hats, canvas bags, canvas shoes, pillows, and so on.

How to Use DTF Film?

DTF printer uses hot melt powder to print on DTF film. This hot melt powder is professionally produced and used for DTF printers. The working principle of DTF printer is: the printing material slagging agent penetrates into the fabric, produces hot melt and falls off and then bonds. It is necessary to use two types of printing technologies, offset printing and ink printing. Without the close integration of the two technologies, it is difficult to produce corresponding products.
