Solvent based backlit film is a special front printing backlit film which is suitable for solvent ink printing and eco-solvent ink printing.

The popular thickness on solvent based backlit film is 130micron(100micron as the base film), 170micron (125micron as the base film), and 220micron (175micron as the base film).

Solvent ink is an environmental-friendly ink with high safety(without toxic solvent such as toluene, benzene, xylene or cyclohexanone) and low volatility. It also has the advantages such as high ink adhesion, waterproof, anti-fade, anti-UV, bright color, which makes it an ideal products in backlit film field.

Backlit film is usually in paper core of 2 inch(means 50.8mm diameter of inner paper core), and the stardard width includes 610mm(24''), 914mm(36''), 1070mm(42''), 1118mm(44''), 1270mm(50''), 1520mm(60''), 1600mm(63''), 1650mm(65''), 1880mm(74''). With a popular roll length of 30m or 50m. Customized width is also accepted in PNP Film.
