Anti-scratch BOPP film is a special BOPP film that possesses the property of anti-scratch on the surface.

It takes 15micron glossy  BOPP film as the base film and is coated with 3micron glossy anti-scratch agent on one side, which means the total thickness would be 18micron.

Anti-scratch glossy BOPP film can be used for wet lamination directly, and it can be also used for EVA coating(become an anti-scratch thermal lamination film after coated).

BOPP film is the abbreviation of biaxially oriented polypropylene film, is a kind of flexible packaging film.

BOPP film is a widely used rugged thermoplastic polymer. When polypropylene film is biaxially oriented, BOPP, it becomes crystal clear but remains available in glossy and matte finishes.

BOPP film has a wide application field. A lamination grade BOPP film is mostly used for paper prints lamination, and a heat sealable BOPP film is mostly used for product package.

How to Use BOPP Film?

Lamination grade BOPP film can be used for wet lamination directly, a cold laminating machine and adhesive(either water-based or oil-based) are required. Under the combined action of the machine and adhesive, the prints and the BOPP film are combined together.
Lamination grade BOPP film can be also used for thermal lamination, a coating machine and hot melt EVA adhesive are required. a thermal lamination film requires a thermal laminating machine for laminating on prints.
