Metalized thermal lamination film is a special thermal lamination film that possesses a  metalized appearance, which is realized by vacuum metalization technology.

Metalized silver thermal laminating film is mostly with PET base film, it takes 12micron PET film to metalize and then coated with 10micron hot melt EVA adhesive, the final thickness is 22micron.

Thermal laminating film is a packaging film used for paperboard lamination, which offers protection against from moisture, dust, etc. A metalized laminating film offer a metalized appearance for the print, which greatly increases the print level.

What is Thermal Laminating Film

Thermal laminating film  is a packaging film that has been coated with EVA hot melt adhesion. It is applied on surfaces such as paper and cardboard to enhance protection, improve appearance, and create haptic properties.

BOPP and PET are the two popular materials for a thermal lamination film, and it is available in different finishes such as gloss, matte, metallization, holographic, glitter, etc. These films often have excellent anti-static properties and they are suitable for high-speed lamination.

Where is Thermal Laminating Film Used
