The brushed thermal laminating film is a special thermal laminating film that possesses a brushed effect on the surface, which is realized by micro-textured embossing technology on the film's surface.
320mm is a popular film roll width, and its length is customizable, such as 100m, 200m, 500m, etc. Both sides' corona treatment on the film roll increases the surface tension, which helps for a better lamination effect.
It is used for high-end print lamination, due to its high thickness(about 110 microns), the recommended cardboard grammage is no less than 300g, which can avoid problems such as wrinkling.

What is Thermal Laminating Film

Thermal laminating film  is a packaging film that has been coated with EVA hot melt adhesion. It is applied on surfaces such as paper and cardboard to enhance protection, improve appearance, and create haptic properties.
