The silicone oil offers an anti-stick function during each time of peeling. If without the siliconized process, the security tape may have problems that the tamper evidence may be broken during peeling.

The base film thickness is available in 25micron, 36micron, and 50micron. After silicone oil coating, the thickness would increase by about 2~3 microns, which shall offer enough protection for the security tape making and application.
